We have been discussing the holiday of Sukkot all week and reading booking on eating in and decorating the sukkah!
To do the Mitzvah (good deed) of Sukkot is to build a sukkah and eat and drink inside it, some people even sleep in it! For a sukkah to be considered kosher (used correctly) it needs 3 walls and a door, the s'chach (the roof greenery) needs to be some what see through and with leaves.
This past week we also built sukkahs with popsicle sticks and tissue paper as the top greenery.
